Jen Rabinowitz

General Manager • Swim Instructor

Jen has been in the aquatics industry for 11 years and has been swimming her whole life. Growing up in Florida, she taught kids to swim at a very young age and developed a deep passion for teaching. Over her career she served as General Manager of two swim schools, helped open two brand-new locations, and was a District Manager for 11 swim schools.

With a lifelong dream of running her own school, she has made that dream a reality alongside her business partner. Jen is dedicated to making all of her families feel heard, valued, and welcomed. What makes this company and business so different is that it is people centric where the kids and families come first. She is so excited to bring this swim school to the community, and is dedicated to ensuring that warm friendly customer service and trust are the keys to success.

Co-Owner & Founder

Cris

Head Coach • Youth Sports Coach

Cris co-founded Loudoun County Swim Academy with a mission to help children become safer, stronger, and more confident in the water. Known for his energy, encouragement, and genuine connection with swimmers and parents alike, Cris believes swim lessons are about far more than technique — they're about trust, safety, and lifelong confidence.

He has built a positive, supportive environment where families feel truly welcomed and cared for. For Cris, the greatest reward is seeing a child overcome fear, accomplish something they once thought was impossible, and leave the pool smiling with confidence and pride.
